Our Services

Banyan Pressure Cleaning offers pressure washing, soft washing, and related exterior cleaning in West Palm Beach and nearby areas. The services described on this site may change at any time.

Quotes and Prices

Prices shown on this site are general ranges from published cost guides, not offers. A quote is final only when we give it to you in writing after seeing photos of the property or the property itself. Your written quote lists the areas we will clean and the price.

Results

We work to clean every surface we quote. Some stains, such as old oil, deep rust, or etching, may fade but not disappear. Algae and mildew grow back over time, especially in shade. We tell you before we start about stains that may not come out fully.

Your Responsibilities

Please give us safe access to the areas we will clean and to an outdoor water spigot, close windows and doors, move vehicles and loose items, and tell us about known damage, such as cracked tiles, loose screens, or failing paint.

Photos You Send Us

When you upload photos, you confirm you have the right to share them. We use them to price and plan your job.
